PTR Visa works on two Thailand visas only: Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) and Non-Immigrant B (Non-B). The desk is in London. Cases come from across the UK.

What do the consultancy fees cost?
The fee depends on the visa and how complete your UK documents already are. After a free pre-assessment we send a written quote in GBP before any paid work starts.
Can I apply without a consultancy?
Yes. You can file on your own. People come to us when they want the UK document list tightened before the appointment.
Do you guarantee approval?
No. No honest consultancy can. The decision belongs to the embassy, consulate, or immigration office.
I was refused before. Can you still help?
Often yes. We read the refusal, rebuild the route, and tell you if a new DTV or Non-B application from the UK is realistic.
I live in the UK. Do I have to come to London?
No. The desk is in London and the work is remote across the United Kingdom. You only attend the appointment your post requires.
How long does it take?
Preparation depends on your documents. Processing depends on the post, nationality and season. After the assessment we give a range, not a promise.
Can my family apply with me?
Sometimes, depending on the visa and their own eligibility. We say what is open for a household applying from the UK.
Which language is the process in?
We work in English and Thai. Embassy forms and any interview follow that post’s own rules.
